쇼콜라티에의 손끝에서 34도의 초콜릿은 17도의 초콜릿으 로 굳어진다. 작업자의 손길이 닿을수록 화려해지는 디저트 와 달리 초콜릿은 점점 압축하고 주제를 감춘다. 녹거나 깨지기 쉬운 초콜릿은 온도로 자신을 나타낸다.

5평 남짓한 공간. 낮에는 작업실로, 밤에는 초콜릿 가게로 운영되는 쇼콜라디제이에는 하루하루 다양한 사람들의 발자국으로 이어진다. 한켠에 마련된 작은 테이블에 모여 음악과 술이 담긴 초콜릿으로 서로를 환기시킨다.

The chocolate that leaves the tip of the hands of a chocolatier at 34 degrees hardens to a chocolate of 17 degrees. Contrary to other desserts becoming even more flamboyant at every touch of the creator, the chocolate gradually gets compressed and hides its identity. As it is prone to melt or crack, chocolate expresses itself with temperature.

A little over 16m²of space. During the day, chocolat dj is a studio, and during the night, it is a chocolate shop. Everyday, footprints of various people can be found. In the corner, people gather around a small table and share music and liquer chocolates to boost each other.
